Yesterday was a busy day. First order of business was to get Noah a haircut. He'll be 2 next weekend and we wanted him to have a new haircut for his big day. Not to mention its getting hot here and he sweats "alot". He handled this 3rd haircut like a champ.
After the haircut it was time to head to the park where we would be meeting up with other families that have or are adopting from Ethiopia. There was a playground and a big field for the kids to run and kick balls or throw frisbees and then a beach for digging in the sand and swimming. We didn't get many pictures and none of the swimming but here are the few we did get. Noah was very nervous about the water but warmed up to it by the end of the day...he loves baths and pools but water that moves is scary. My little man with his new "haircut" playing ball.

Sounds like a lot of fun! We were sorry to miss it.
Love getting together with families who look like ours! What fun.
Our family will be at the gathering in Nashville, too! We look forward to meeting you and Noah! :)
SO FUN! He looks like he's having a lot of fun!!
